I studied Bachelor of Science with Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Sydney. I have also completed my postgraduate studies in Diabetes Management. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator. I’m also a busy mother of three young children. Raising a young family and 15 years of experience working in a busy Sydney metropolitan public hospital have inspired me to start “My Specialist Dietitian”.
The main force behind My Specialist Dietitian is a deep desire to help individuals with diabetes and heart disease achieve their long-term diet and nutritional goals.
I believe that everyone’s health matters and by equipping you with sound knowledge and the right advice I aim to help make healthy eating easy by providing you with tips and tricks to incorporate good nutrition into your busy lifestyle. Each client will be individually assessed and then provided with a well-researched, personalised and comprehensive meal plan. My focus is to understand client’s lifestyle, eating behaviour and existing food knowledge and to then provide you with tailored education and guidance you understand the world of nutrition and healthy eating.
